TOFARM film festival's executive producer is Milagros Ong-Haw of Universal Harvester Inc, w/ multi-awarded master director Maryo J. Delos Reyes as festival director. The lucky 6 finalists will receive 1.5M each as film grant. The festival will be held on July 2017. Selection Jury was composed by Direk Jun Robles Lana, Raquel Villavicencio, and Michiko Yamamoto.
Congrats again, Batch 2 of filmmakers for this festival!
