HE WAS BARELY FIFTEEN YEARS OLD ONLY WHEN WE FIRST MET HIM. That was not so many years ago (Hehehe...), but his face and charm would still capture your innermost senses. Until now. He had not changed at all, even the looks. His very first mentor in the world of showbusiness was the late veteran film director Maryo J. delos Reyes, but somehow, paths went-on different ways. Destiny had his own reasons why... We could have been the very first person to publicize this guy, yeah that's TRUE, but now, his mentor is no less than the producer of the film Double Twisting, Duble Back, in person of Ms. Shandii J. The rest, is HISTORY.

But wait, there's more now into this very gentle and handsome guy. He is now the Associate Producer of the film Double Twisting, Double Back, and he's also appearing in the film as one of the gymnast-coaches.

After attending a delicate Acting Workshop just a month ago at Star Magic Acting Workshop facilitated by Mr. Ryann Carlos, definitely, he's now more than ready for an acting job.

AND HIS NAME IS CHRISTIAN TY.

"I will be appearing in the gymnastics scenes of the film", Christian told a blogger over an interview. "I will be the one motivating the character of Tony Labrusca in the film to keep on trying and not to quit. I will also be seen doing those flips and kicks in the film. I will also fly in some gymnastics exercises. All of those, I did in this film.

"You see, it's first time here in the Philippines to do a movie about gymnasts", Christian continued to say. "And I guess, it's high time already for us to have one. I guess, this film will set a new trend in Philippine Cinema. We will show here the struggles of every athlete, their pains and heartaches, too, along the way.

"This film is also very informative", he added. "You would soon realize, how little support that athletes gets from the Government. There's no big back-up, no funds, no motivations. Kaya importante talaga ang movie na ito."

In case you don't know yet, Christian came from a family of gymnasts. His late father was a coach for Philippine Gymnastics, and now, his mom is also one. Continuing the Legacy that his late father had left.

At a young age of seven years old, Christian almost died from an injury caused by an exercise on Gymnastics. He survived the accident, but it left a big scar and mark on his left elbow and arm.

"Some people gets clinically-depressed after an injury, they could not fully move on", Christian revealed. "That's true, it happens to most athletes. Because they've got lots of dreams and then, all of a sudden, they got an injury. They could not accept it, so they got depressed. Because you see, athletes are human beings, too."

Christian is hoping to continue an acting career after the film Double Twisting, Double Back.

"It's my second dream aside from gymnastics", Christian said in the end. "This time, I am fully committing myself into the acting field. I am kinda serious about it. It challenges me more than ever.

"My producer, Shandii J. has been so supportive of me", he said in the last. "He's putting me up on the right directions this time, planning and arranging everything. Yeah, the film Double Twisting, Double Back is my very first film, and definitely, after that, I will be doing more films because I am pursuing this dream."
