Aside from the film he's currently shooting now- the epic film GOYO, wherein he's playing the role of a Spanish friar, film maker and film advocate-, Dexter Macaraeg has also joined the cast of TV5's latest 12-hour TV mini-series, entitled AMO. This mini-series is directed by no less than Brillante Mendoza.

"I recently attended the press conference of our new TV show and it was a huge success", Dexter told his blogger-friend. "It was nice meeting some media  people. And I am so excited to act in this new TV mini series. But as of this time, I can not reveal my role yet."

And yes, Dexter felt so proud this time, because one of his very first mentors in film making is going to handle him.

"It's so challenging to be directed by your own mentor", Dexter said. "And I am out to prove to him that I am also a good actor, not just a good writer or film maker."
