ONE BLOODY SHOOT FOR CINEMA ONE FEST THIS YEAR

"I can not reveal anything yet about the festival", Mr. Ronald Arguelles texted to a blogger. "But it will definitely be held this coming month of November. I can only reveal some details about it after October 20. That's our time table for the promo period."

This is the 'thing' that one blogger is really looking forward to before the year ends. And after that, no more. Other commercially-oriented film festivals, or, we may say, 'copycat' film festivals? They don't excite one blogger at all.

So, let's continue beating the DRUMS. Real artists don't depend much on what the 'Governing' people gives??? We didn't say GOVERNMENT, did we???

But privately-owned film festivals dares to offer more thrills, glitters and outright, truthful passion for the Cinematic Arts.

Now, we keep our lips sealed. Period.

These are the participating film directors this year for CINEMA ONE.

A pretty nice bunch.

And each of them received Php. 3 Million pesos to produce their films. Not bad. One of the biggest fund-giving support to indie film makers, isn't it?
