Masasabi naming ang artikulo na ito ay isang personal blog article lamang. Dahil si Ms. Dama de Noche ay hindi naman isang celebrity, bagkus, isa siyang special Facebook friend ng blogger na ito. Pero since makita na namin siya ng personal over a very special lunch date, talagang namangha kami sa kagandahan niya. Mas maganda pa nga sa mga artistang na-meet na namin sa personal.

Ang venue ng aming LUNCH DATE ay sa may Yaki-Mix Eat All You Can pa, na located sa ground floor ng SM Masinag. Walang ka-makeup-makeup si Dama nu'ng tanghali na iyon, at naka-casual outfit lang- pero talaga namang "alluring" ang kanyang kagandahan.

Kaya naman hindi naiwasan ng blogger na ka-meeting niya na mag-artista na rin siya.

"Hahahaha!", sabay tawang naging tugon ni Dama sa aming mungkahi. "I am a Marketing person kasi, eh. I can market anything. Forte ko na 'yun. When I returned from many years of staying at the United States, doon na ako naging busy at sa age ko ngayon, hindi na yata bagay na mag-artista pa ako.

"Actually, may nag-alok na rin sa akin noon na mag-artista ako", dugtong ni Dama. "It was the late Chito P. Alcid (R.I.P.) who saw my potentials at that time. Una, akala ko ay biro lang. Pero hindi ko alam na doon na pala niya ako sinubukan. Before he was diagnosed then with Cancer, sabi niya, patutunayan niya sa akin at magagawa niya akong isang artista. Nu'ng time na iyon, akala ko ay hindi pa totoo. Pero may ginagawa pala talaga siyang isang indie film noon. Kaya lang, nagkasakit na nga siya ng Cancer. Nag-diet na ako para makapaghanda, pero namatay na si Chito after."

Sa ngayon, inamin ni Dama sa isang blogger na medyo tumaba nga siya and she has to loose 10 pounds at gaganda na ulit ang pangangatawan niya. Hindi naman ganu'n ka-interesado si Dama sa pag-aartista, basta kung may dumating lang na project, maaaring subukan na rin niya.

"May pamangkin ako na kinse anyos na lalaki, kamukha siya ni Ian Veneracion nu'ng bata pa si Ian", muling sabi ni Dama. "He is an honor student sa school nila. Yun ang tutulungan kong maging artista balang araw."

Sa mga babaeng artista, gustong-gusto ni Dama sina Sharon Cuneta, Vilma Santos, Jean Garcia at Anne Curtis.

"Parang natural na natural kasi sila kung umarte, at pati mga pagkatao nila ay natural din", sey ni Dama

As of now, may boyfriend si Dama na taga-Davao City. Pero he describes her ideal man as like this: "I want a man who can boss me around, who can make feel like a real woman", sabing muli ni Dama. "'Yung ipa-pamper din ako ng sobrang pagmamahal niya. pero dapat, stronger ang personality niya keysa sa akin. Kasi I'm a very strong kind of woman."

Hhhhmmmm. Kaya mga guys diyan, ingat kayo. Ms. Dama de Noche can knock you out!

QUESTION: Bakit ka sumali sa Face of the Year 2018, Keen?

KEEN:  "First of all po, hindi ko naman po alam na may gantong event pala po sa manila, kasi po taga province po ako😅 pero when tita atang (renato concibido) endorsed this event sakin, naging interesado po ako kasi gusto ko po ung mga gantong event, nakasali na din po ako sa pageants gaya po ng lakan ng san pablo sa amin at nakamit ko ang Mr.Friendship2017 sa pageant na yun, kaya po di nako nagdalawang isip na sumagot ng oo kay tita atang."

QUESTION: Katatapos lang Acting Workshop ninyo sa FOTY, anu-ano ang mga natutunan mo?

KEEN:  "Lahat lahat po ng wala ako sa katawan, ay unti unti ko pong natutunan dahil sa workshop na yon,kaya po sobrang blessed at thankful din po ako na nakasama po ako dun. kasi wala pa po akong experience sa mga ganon."

QUESTION: Para sa iyo, ano ang greatest physical asset mo?

KEEN: "Physical asset, wala po ako nun, but i have my big heart for everyone, handa po ako tumulong hanggat kaya ko,hanggat maibibigay ko,hanggat makakapagpasaya ako ng tao😊 pero sino paba mag sasabi ng physical assets ko? my mom always says "matangos nmn ilong mo,  maganda mata mo,maganda smile mo" so i think this is my physical assets,but hindi ko po un tinitignan sa halip, ineenjoy ko lng kung ano ako,kung anong kaya ko ibigay,basta ibibigay ko best ko." 😊

QUESTION: Paano mo ide-describe ang pagkatao mo?

KEEN:  "As a person, i have big dreams, maging proud family and relatives ko, makatulong sa mga parents ko dahil ako ung inaasahan nila ngaun as a graduating student. ako? Masayahin, palabiro,matulungin at seryoso pagdating sa mga bagay na kailangang i focus sa buhay, friendly as i can be to someone else, ayoko kasi ng may nag iisa sa mundo,atleast may 1 kaibgan syang handang dumamay sa kanya."😊

QUESTION: Saan ka nate-turn-on na ugali ng isang babae?

KEEN:  "A person can turn me on kung mabait sya, masayahin, palabiro, totoo sa sarili at hindi pakitang tao lng. or should i say, everybody can turn me on, it depends nlng siguro kung pano nila ako ituturn off. mabilis kasi ako magtiwala sa tao,"

ROBERT: Richael, what made you decide to join Face of the Year 2018?

1.       RICHAEL: "I decided to join in FOTY because they said that when you win in FOTY, you will become a STAR and an ARTIST.  And also, to experience to compete in a pageant and learn furthermore.  And lastly,  I joined this pageant to share to all people that I can act, sing and dance.  Not to be famous, but rather,  to be a character-driven person  and to be a role model to others."

 ROBERT: In the recently-concluded Acting Workshop of Face of the Year, anu-ano ang mga natutunan mo?

 RICHAEL: "What I learned in the workshop,  how to act better,  correct my mistakes in acting and to become a real good artist . And also, to experience acting in front of people."

ROBERT: Para sa 'yo, Richael, ano ang greatest physical asset mo?

 RICHAEL: "I consider my eyes as my greatest physical asset .  Any people who looks at me, they said that may eyes are beautiful and they said  that I look  like a Bombay".

ROBERT: How would you describe yourself?

RICHAEL:  "I describe my self as a  talented person . I  can love, I can make people laugh…  I’m awesome and I fear God."

Isa siya sa pinakabatang mga babaeng kandidata sa FACE OF THE YEAR 2018. At isa rin siya sa mga pala-ngiti, may magandang P.R. at very sweet kung makitungo. Kaya naman, gustong-gusto rin namin ang female candidate na ito. Plus the fact na very natural din ang ways and manners niya na well-bred talaga.

Pero ang mas higit na kapansin-pansin kay Rein, ang malaking pagkakahawig niya sa TV actress na si Maja Salvador na mas kilala na ngayon bilang 'Wildflower'. Lalo na kapag naka-make-up na siya in a 'Lily Cruz' peg or imitation, kamukhang-kamukha niya talaga si Maja.

Her name is Rein Clarenze Bedania, only 16 years old and stands 5'6" tall. Her hobbies are dancing and cooking. Pagdating sa cooking, specialty niya ang mga lutong Chicken Curry at Binagoongang Manok.

"I am born under the zodiac sign of Cancer po", sabi pa ni Rein. "And bilang isang Cancerian, I describe myself as a sensitive person, at matampuhin pero mapagmahal."

Aksidente lang din ang pagkakasali ni Rein sa FACE OF THE YEAR. Nakita siya minsan ng Talent Coordinator na si Jayson Corpin Alavera sa isang event sa school nila at inaya siya nitong sumali sa FOTY.

"Sabi ko po sa sarili ko nu'ng alukin ako ni Jayson, why not try?", dugtong na sabi ni Rein. "Wala namang mawawala kung ita-try ko. For me po, it's a grand opportunity, to be able to land as one of the official candidates of Face of the Year."

Ang ideal guy para kay Rein ay 'yung- Rresponsible, matangkad at mabait."

Ang crush naman niya ay si James Reid, at ang idol niya sa mga babaeng artista ay si Gabby Garcia, kasi sabi niya- "Napaka-simple niya."

Nang tanungin namin si Rein kung ano ang description niya sa LOVE, heto ang huli niyang sagot:

"Love is an addiction", sey ni Rein. "Hindi mo mapigilan ang damdamin mo kapag mahal mo 'yung tao. Gagawin mo ang lahat sa kanya, pero in the end, lolokohin ka lang pala. 'Yun ang masakit du'n."

Anyway, bata pa naman si rein. Matatagpuan rin niya ang True Love balang araw.

ROBERT: Bakit ka sumali ng Face of the Year?

NJ:  "Nung unang sinabihan po ako na isasali ako talagang ayoko po. Kasi wala akong "gots" lalo na sa mga big event kasi mas focus ako sa sports at sa school. Pero sabi ko sarili ko na wala naman mawawala if i will try di ba? Kaya ayun. Nag decide ako na i-push. Gusto ko din po na ma experience ang pag momodelling kase bata pa lang po ako mahilig naako mag modeling. Gusto ko rin ma discover kung ano pa ang talent na meron ako."

 ROBERT: Anu-ano ang mga bagay na natutunan mo sa nakaraang Acting Workshop ng Face of the Year?

NJ: "Grabe po. Sobrang galing ni Lord. Kase hindi ko inaasahan na magkaka acting work shop po ako. Sulit na sulit ang experience lalo na't first time ko po mag drama. I'm so blessed dun po sa acting workshop. I've learn how to act and i've learn how to trust myself that i can do it."

ROBERT: Sa iyong sariling opinyon, ano ang greatest physical asset mo?

NJ: "Before anything else , i praise the Almighty God for giving this wonderful gift to me. I consider my face to be my physical asset because i believe that this makes me to be one of the candidates for the face of the year 2018."

ROBERT: Paki-describe mo nga ang sarili mo, NJ, sa mas malalim na pananaw.

NJ: " I am a sportsminded guy, a goal oriented person who always look at the brighter side of life despite of  trials and challenges" .

ROBERT: Pag nanalo ka sa Face of the Year, ano ang gagawin mo sa premyo mo?

NJ: "If i win the face of the year prize, definitely i will give the 10 percent to the church and the remaining amount will be saved for my studies and my future."

ROBERT: Jes, what made you decide to join the Face of the Year search?

 JES: I joined Face of the Year because I want to build my self-confidence when it comes to modeling. I want to challenge myself and comfortable with my own body to overcome my fears.

ROBERT: What did you learn at the recently-concluded Acting Workshop of Face of the Year?

JES: I've learned about what the real beauty and that beauty is not all about the physical beauty, but it's all about having a good attitude and how you deal with the people around you. I also learned about acting in a different genres.

ROBERT: What can you consider is your greatest physical asset?

JES: My smile. Because it can lead to my happiness. Smiling can turn everyone in a good mood and make them feel better too.

ROBERT: How would you describe yourself deeper as a person?

JES:  I describe myself as a hardworking person, because I study and work at the same time. I work because I want to help my parents when it comes to financial problem. I am also proactive in joining modelling even if I couldn't win sometimes, I always try my best.

ROBERT: What turns you on to a person?

JES: It turns me on when a person is being truthful.

ROBERT: Marsela, what made you decide to join the Face of the Year search?

MARSELA: "The reason why I joined Face of The Year is because I feel like I have the ability to project my capabilities through showing my talents infront of a lot of people and I think this is so also the way I could voice out and stand as a role model not only to the youth but also to everyone who surrounds me."


ROBERT: What did you learn at the recently-concluded Acting Workshop of Face of the Year?

MARSELA: "The recent workshop that we experience last Nov. 26, 2018 was indeed a great start for us to gain a lot of knowledge in terms of entering the showbiz/acting industry. I have learnt that great acting is not only the way to succeed through the goal of being an artista but it is mostly about how you show your attitude towards people. An individual who aims to be part of this industry should show genuine kindness in order to receive sincere blessings."


ROBERT: What can you consider is your greatest physical asset?

MARSELA: "My greatest physical asset is probably my skin. Hehe... I could say that it is clear and smooth enough to be an endorser of an skincare products. Haha."


ROBERT: How would you describe yourself deeper as a person?

MARSELA: "I would describe myself as a chill person who is also sensitive/caring enough to know when a person feels down or what. I would say that I am not oblivious towards a person who feels sad or uncomfortable so therefore there would be a lot of time when I am always there to comfort them."


ROBERT: What turns you on to a person?

MARSELA: "A trait of a person that probably turns me on is when he/she is family-oriented and respectful."


ROBERT: And last question, Marsela, if you win the Face of the Year search, what will you do to your prize?

MARSELA: "If I would be able to win this competition, the thing that I would do with the prize is invest it to my studies as well to my siblings studies and also hoping to begin with owning a house/condo which is my dream for us family in a view of a fact that i eventually realized that it was quite hard to pay a monthly rent without owning it, so yeah these are my plans. Hehe."

QUESTION: Bakit ka sumali ng Face of the Year?

MICO: "Una po gusto ko pang madiskubre kung ano pa yung kaya kong gawin bukod sa mga talento ko. Pangalawa gusto ko po makilala ng mga tao kung sino si Mico Ramos kung anong klaseng tao si Mico Ramos,gusto ko pong mapakita sa kanila yung mga kaya kong gawin. Gusto ko po mabago yung pananaw ng mga taong pilit na binababa ako at mga taong di maganda yung tingin sakin. Pangatlo kaya po ako sumali dahil gusto ko pong maging mas proud pa sakin ang family ko, friends at syempre ang mga Bulaceño."

QUESTION: Ano na, so far, ang mga bagay na natutunan mo sa pagsali sa Face of the Year?

MICO: "Ang natutunan ko po eh yung magpakatotoo at wag mahiyang ipakita kung sino tayo kung ano po tayo dahil po sa pagpapakatotoo sa sarili mabubuo po yung pagkakaisa eh pag tutulungan. Isa pa pong natutunan ko eh yung wag matakot,wag mahiya harapin kung ano man yung kahinaan tulad nga po nung una di lahat sanay umarte pero nung natapos yung workshop nakakasabay na halos lahat parang sa totoong buhay po walang mangyayari satin kung pangungunahan natin ng panghihina ng loob ang kailangan ay sumubok ng sumubok sa buhay basta wala ka natatapakang tao."

QUESTION: Sa iyong sariling opinyon, ano ang greatest physical asset mo?

MICO: "Tingin ko po eh yung mata ko, dahil eto din po yung sinasabi ng karamihan at yung mata po marami pong sinasabi at pinaoahayag. Maaaring malaman kung ano ang damdamin ng tao sa pamamagitan ng mata."

QUESTION: Paki-describe mo nga ang iyong sarili, Mico, sa mas malalim pang pananaw.

MICO: "Mailalarawan ko ang aking sarili bilang isang "matatag" dahil kahit ano man ang problema na dumating sakin ay nananatili akong nakangiti at matatag."

QUESTION: Saan ka nate-Turn On?

MICO: "Nakakaturn on po? Ahhmmm yung di po nangiiwan sa ere! Hahahahaha joke lang po. Nakakaturn on po sakin syempre yung katulad ko na makulit, mabait,mahaba pasensya, may takot sa Diyos, kahit di kagandahan pero kalog sya at syempre maintindihin yung kaya pong intindihin yung ginagawa ko yun lang po nakaka turn on na po."

QUESTION: Huling katanungan, Mico, kung sakaling manalo ka sa Face of the Year, ano ang gagawin mo sa premyo mo?

MICO: "Kung mananalo po ako gusto ko po mag business para mapalaki ko pa po yung perang mapapanalunan ko dahil sayang naman po kung di ko palalakihin yung pera. Di naman po pang matagalan yung mapapanalunan ko kung di ko hahawakan ng tama. Para po matulungan ko din po yung family lalo na po ang mga kapatid kong nakakabata."

1.) What made you decide to join the Face of the Year seach?

1. I joined face of the year because i want to experience being part a pageant and i want to enhance my skills on acting run way walks and unleash my hidden talents

2.) What did you learn at the recently-concluded Acting Workshop of FOTY?
2. First of all i feel blessed and honored to be part of the Face of the Year workshop it was indeed a learning session not only on acting but also understanding the industry of modeling and acting. Thanks to direk Buboy Tan, our guest speaker tito Robert Silverio and of course my manager, Jojo Veloso who did their best to unleash our inner skills on the said session.
3.) Wat can you consider is your greatest physical asset?
3. My greatest physical asset for now would have to be my abs or my back. Ha-ha-ha, for some reason every now and then people tend to compliment my back calling it "sexy back". Hahaha.
4.) How would you describe yourself as a person?
4. I would describe my self to be a risk taker, a decidedly positive person and genuinely an open minded person.
5.) How can a wealthy boy like who studied in exclusive catholic schools be able to adjust in the world of modelling & acting?
5. We'll honestly i don't have to adjust to anything like I mentioned I'm an open-minded person so that answers why I enjoy doing everything I do
6.) Who is your greatest inspiration?
6. My greatest inspiration are with out a doubt my family Catandijan who's been there for me since day one and i know who will still be by my side along the way no matter what happens and of course family laurel who's been helping me reach my dreams and supporting my decisions.
7.) If you win the Face of the Year search, what will you do to your prize?
7. If i win Face of the Year 2018 first of I would celebrate my success with my fellow FOTY candidates who I wouldn't call opponents but friends and my family. The rest i would save up for my near future.
