Actor-singer Lance Raymundo is no exemption to the word 'controversy'. He had his own shares of little controversies in the past, but it all died naturally. And being one among the many celebrities who loves being with the press and media people, Lance never bore any bad sentiments with them. On the contrary, he continued to have good dealings with them.

"You see, I don't handle it at all", Lance at first reacted to one blogger's question about him having those little showbiz controversies in the past. "Hindi ko sila pinansin. Because the more you react, the more people would think they're true. So, you can never undo those controversies.

"It dies naturally naman, eh", Lance continued to say while he ate a veggie diet at a certain restaurant. "I must admit, I had some really terrible controversies before, and at one time, became a hot item in very scandalous blind item written by gossip writer and columnist. But there's no effect to me. I just let it go."

Just recently, a network-based web site re-published an article about him wherein he was quoted there as saying: "I saw God". A lot of negative comments and many viral bashes came-in-, the worst was that one saying: 'He was high on drugs that's why he saw God!'.

"Ha-ha! I simply laughed it off", Lance said. "You see, I got to see more the positive side of the publicity and the good intentions of that network-based web site in republishing an old article of mine. They meant good. Only some people would criticize the words you say."

Some members of his press-friends would also fight among each other just to get Lance's attention. With this kind of situation, how does he react?

"The only way I could stop them fighting among each other because of me is not to ignite more fire among them", Lance diligently answered. "Hindi ko ginagatungan 'yung away nila. Hindi ko na pinararating sa bawat isa kanila ang sinasabi nu'ng isa kay ganito, or whatever. Because it's part of my thankfulness that they all supported me naman in my career as an actor-singer. I am just being calm about it. Unlike with other celebrities, it would be an ego-boosting for them that writers and media people fight because of them. For me, it's not. I don't add more fire on that situation."

Right now, Lance could not go out of town for a summer vacation because anytime soon, projects may appear. Viva Artist Agency, the company that handles Lance's career now, always tells him to standby. That's why this year, there's no 'vacation grandeur' for Lance.

"And a new TV offer is awaiting", Lance quipped. "That one I am pretty excited about. Anytime now, it may sneak-in."

Looking further at Lance as the interview ended, one blogger noticed again a much rejuvenated and muscular Lance. His handsomeness never ceases, and his kindness never stops.
